Add the clean PlayStation modes to the panel's mode buttons

Modes 7 (PS5 clean) and 8 (DS4 clean) had no button in the USB mode card --
they were reachable only by assigning them to a back-4 + D-pad chord, which
is not discoverable, so "use the clean modes" was advice nobody could act on
from the panel. PS3 (mode 9) drops WebUSB just the same and has always had a
button, so there was no reason to hide these two.

Adds both buttons (the existing click handler already warns that the panel
disconnects) plus a note on what they are for: games with native PlayStation
support classify the whole USB device and refuse the PS path for a composite,
which is exactly what modes 5/6 are.
