PicoPuck
========

PicoPuck is part of the OpenPuck project and is licensed under the
GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (see ../LICENSE).

Third-party components
----------------------

Portions of the Bluetooth host, controller drivers, and HID descriptor
parsing under PicoPuck/vendor/ are derived from joypad-os
(https://github.com/RobertDaleSmith/joypad-os), Copyright (c) Robert Dale
Smith and contributors, licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
The original license and copyright notices are retained in those files, and
each local modification is marked with a "PICOPUCK:" comment. Apache-2.0
material is included here under the terms permitting relicensing into a
(A)GPL-3.0 combined work.

BTstack is used via the Raspberry Pi Pico SDK. The bundled BTstack is
distributed under BlueKitchen's license, which is non-commercial for general
use but carries an additional grant (LICENSE.RP in the SDK) permitting use on
Raspberry Pi RP2040 / RP2350 silicon. PicoPuck binaries are built for and
intended to run only on Raspberry Pi Pico W / Pico 2 W hardware, within the
scope of that grant.

TinyUSB (MIT), the CYW43 driver, and the Pico SDK carry their own licenses as
distributed with the SDK.
