feat(defaults): seed a practical inventory test loadout

Raise Glimmer, Legendary Shards, Bright Dust, and Silver to 100,000 and include 25 Upgrade Modules for upgrade and infusion testing.

Keep the equipped loadout unchanged while seeding the first character with three spare items per weapon bucket, three armor sets, three Ghosts, Sparrows, and ships, plus three emblems and finishers. Definitions are Collections-backed and use native socket defaults with collision-free instance IDs.
