swupdategui-rs: add recipe for the recovery GUI written in Rust

SWUpdateGUI has been rewritten in Rust (branch rust-port). The recipe
installs the same files as swupdate-gui and can replace it. Bindings
for LVGL and libswupdate are generated with bindgen at build time.

The service detaches the framebuffer console while the GUI runs,
otherwise kernel messages are drawn over the GUI.
